You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one fav77 Account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. fav77 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and winnings derived from bonus funds voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. fav77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all registered players. You must notify fav77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. fav77 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Before fav77 processes any withdrawal request, you are required to complete KYC verification. This involves submitting a clear copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), proof of the payment method used for deposit (such as a bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot), and — where required — a selfie photograph holding your KTP. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the withdrawal being cancelled and funds returned to your account balance.
You must keep all account information current and accurate at all times. If any of your registered details change — particularly your bank account number, e-wallet account, or contact information — you must update them promptly by contacting fav77 support. Providing false or misleading information at any stage is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension.
fav77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and BSI; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). fav77 does not charge conversion fees on any deposit or withdrawal.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account tier. Players with higher account tiers benefit from increased transaction limits. Please consult the fav77 cashier page or contact support for current limits applicable to your account.
Deposits made via approved local bank transfer or e-wallet are credited to your fav77 account balance within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Deposits that fail to credit within 15 minutes should be reported to fav77's 24/7 live support immediately, together with proof of transfer (transaction reference number and bank/e-wallet screenshot).
fav77 targets the following withdrawal processing times: e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) within 15 minutes; local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) within 1–3 hours during WIB business hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. fav77 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. fav77 reserves the right to request additional documentation if a withdrawal is requested to a payment method that differs from the depositing method, as part of our anti-money-laundering compliance procedures.
All transactions on fav77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). fav77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any attempt to deposit in a currency other than IDR will result in the transaction being declined or returned, and fav77 accepts no liability for losses arising from currency conversion undertaken by third-party payment processors without fav77's involvement.
fav77 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms. As a general rule, live casino games and togel (lottery) products contribute at a lower rate to wagering requirements than slot games. fav77 reserves the right to amend contribution rates with reasonable notice.
fav77 prohibits all forms of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; systematically exploiting low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements; and any other behaviour that fav77's risk team determines constitutes bad-faith bonus utilisation. Where bonus abuse is detected, fav77 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated by Bonus Funds is capped at five times (5×) the original bonus value. Any balance exceeding this cap at the point of wagering completion will be removed from the account balance before the withdrawal is processed.
Bonus Funds and free spins that remain unused or unmet in terms of wagering requirements will expire in accordance with the time limit specified in each promotion's terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. fav77 will provide reasonable notification of upcoming bonus expiry where technically possible.

Where a malfunction results in an erroneously credited win, fav77 reserves the right to recover the erroneous amount from the Player's account balance.
fav77 offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (live cockfighting wagering), and other speciality betting products. These products are subject to their own specific game rules, which are published within each respective game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each product before placing wagers.

fav77's collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at fav77.bio/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to fav77's collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with that Privacy Policy. Key data practices include:
fav77 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its Services at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. fav77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability beyond its reasonable control.
Gambling inherently involves financial risk. fav77 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by a Player as a result of gambling activity on the platform, provided that those losses result from fair game outcomes and not from any technical error attributable to fav77. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fav77's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or the use of fav77's Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
fav77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of fav77's Services, even if fav77 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
You may close your fav77 account at any time by contacting fav77 customer support via live chat or email. Upon receiving a valid closure request, fav77 will process any remaining withdrawable Real Money balance to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided that no prohibited activity has been detected on the account.
fav77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; duplicate account detection; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or any behaviour that fav77 determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
Upon account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by fav77 — all Bonus Funds and wagering progress will be immediately forfeited. Verified Real Money balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method where fav77 is not entitled to retain them under these Terms & Conditions or applicable law. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
